The Sunny Sherbert arrangement has pincushion proteas, billy balls or crespedia, dahlias, field tulips, gerbera daisies, garden roses, ranunculus, and kumquats.

Since this is tight lush look, it’s best to do it in your hands – it is easier to get the flower heads lined just right for a nice subtle curve.

Gerbera daisies always brighten and arrangement, but are often very overpowering. I like to pluck off the outer petals to reveal the fun, bright center.

Incorporating fruit into the arrangement gives it a summery feel and adds a great texture. Kumquats last a very long time; my secret is to take most of the leaves off as they with dry out first.
