Green, COVID-19, and You details the COVID-19 health and safety protocols in effect at our Hillcrest plant and flower shop. San Diego County COVID-19 health and safety guidelines were updated as of Wednesday, February 16, 2022. Face masks will no longer be required indoors for fully vaccinated individuals, we remain a mask friendly store. Unvaccinated, or individuals not fully vaccinated, must still wear a mask in our store. We encourage our staff to wear masks and support our customers who choose to continue to wear a mask when shopping in our retail store. It is apparent that the virus' transmission will rise and fall over periods througout the year. We encourage you to monitor County of San Diego COVID-19 reports and take appropriate actions based on your comfort level.
We continue to take safety precautions, including washing our hands regularly, wiping down workplaces, counters and tools. Our team is fully vaccinated and boosted. Due to the significant number of breakthrough cases among vaccinated individuals, we remain cautious to protect against the emerging variants. If you are experiencing any illness, including flu-like symptoms or feel unwell, please remain at home, order online and delay your in-person visit to the store until you are recovered.
We offer same-day delivery and free curbside pickup to make your shopping experience easy and safe. All orders received before 2 pm are eligible for same-day delivery.
Free Curbside Pickup
Curbside pickup is free; however, purchases of fresh flowers and custom plantings require a minimum of two hours advance notice to allow our staff to complete your order.
We will follow extra safety measures to guarantee your safe shopping experience. Our goal is to provide all of our customers with a safe, contact-free shopping experience.
We are open Monday-Saturday from 10 am-5 pm. We are closed on Sundays and most holidays. We respond to service and product inquiries during our regular business hours. Exceptional customer service is part of our brand so we will respond promptly to your inquiry to answer your questions or handle any problems.

Product Supply Challenges
The global reach of the pandemic has disrupted supplies of various products, including flowers and plants. We apologize if we are out of inventory on an item you are interested in purchasing. We will update our online store to reflect the supply limitations so you will know if we cannot offer a particular floral arrangement, plant, or gift item due to supply issues.
Supply disruption has impacted our ability to create arrangements with the exact flower combinations pictured or described. If this occurs, we will substitute similar blooms, colors, and the overall style of the ordered arrangement. If it is significant, we will contact you in advance to ensure you approve of the substitution.
