Returns + Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Non-perishable merchandise is returnable within seven days of purchase. Perishable items are returnable if the customer notifies Green Fresh Florals + Plants within 48 hours of receipt.
Please return items unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com or (619) 544-0504, or visit our store at 3785 4th Avenue in San Diego's Hillcrest neighborhood.

To exchange a purchase follow the return process and then place a new order.
Order CancellationDelivery orders must be canceled by 10 am on the day of delivery. Other purchases can be canceled within 24 hours. Please email email@example.com if you wish to cancel your order or call the store directly. After 24 hours, the item(s) can not be canceled as the order has been processed and delivered or shipped.
Damages or DefectsSubmit claims for damaged or defective items within two business days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Document any damage to packaging or products at the time of receipt for us to process a damage claim. Keep all damaged materials.
Claims must be reported immediately by calling us at (619) 544-0504 or emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide photos of the damaged products. Requests received after two business days after delivery are not allowed.
For freight deliveries, in particular, it is essential that you inspect the package at the time of receipt. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be concerned about the item(s), please write “PACKAGING DAMAGED/INSPECTION NEEDED” on the delivery slip that you are asked to sign. Failure to note such damages or potential for loss with the shipper at the time of delivery will limit or completely prevent Green Fresh Florals + Plants from processing a damage claim.
For damages on items, please take photos of the packaging/product and send them to email@example.com within 48 hours. Failure to report damage promptly restricts and may prevent us from processing your claim.
