Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Non-perishable merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Perishable items can only be returned if the customer notifies Green Fresh Florals within 48 hours of receipt that the item is not satisfactory.

Items may be returned for store credit only. Product must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us at info@greenfreshflorals.com or (619)544-0504. Returns must be properly packaged and returned at the customer’s expense to Green Fresh Florals, 3785 4th Avenue, San Diego, CA 92103.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply follow the return process and then place a new order. For inventory reasons, we do not currently offer straight exchanges.

Order Cancellation

Delivery orders must be cancelled by 10 am on day of delivery. Other orders may only be canceled within 24 hours. Please email info@greenfreshflorals.com if you wish to cancel your order or call the store directly. After 24 hours, the order has been processed and may already be in route to you and can no longer be cancelled.

Damages / Defects

Claims for damaged or defective items must be filed within 2 business days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Any damages to packaging or products must be noted at the time of delivery in order for us to process a damage claim. Keep all damaged materials.

Claims must be reported immediately by calling us at (619)544-0504 or email at info@greenfreshflorals.com. Please provide images of the damaged products. Claims received after 2 business days of delivery will not be processed.

For freight deliveries in particular, it is extremely important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be concerned about damage, please write “PACKAGING DAMAGED/INSPECTION NEEDED” clearly on the delivery slip that you are asked to sign. Failure to note such damages or potential for damage with the shipper at the time of delivery will limit or completely prevent Green Fresh Florals from processing a damage claim.

For damages on items please take photos of the packaging/product and send them to info@greenfreshflorals.com within 48 hours. Failure to report damage promptly restricts and may completely prevent our ability to process your claim.

Sales Tax

7.75% sales tax will be charged.
