I sent flowers to my friend, which she was pleased with. They held up well despite sitting outside for a while (my fault, not due to the shop or the delivery). The big thing for me was how wonderful the delivery driver, Jared was. He anticipated that he might have an issue getting access to her building, called me early to troubleshoot, and was incredibly pleasant as I tried to organize from thousands of miles away. A billion stars for Jared.
