The Hilo Beauty Alocasia, also called Elephant Ear, has variegated large heart-shaped leaves marked with shades of pale white, lime green, and speckles. This perennial plant can grow up to 4 feet tall with bluish-black stems. The Hilo Beauty Alocasia thrives in bright, indirect light but will tolerate shade. It will burn if left in bright sunlight. Available in 4" and 6" sizes.

Water your Hilo Beauty Alocasia to keep the soil moist but not soggy. It is ok to let the topsoil dry between watering. Increase watering your Hilo Beauty during the growing seasons of spring and summer. Plant in a pot with a drain hole and saucer to collect excess water. Mist regularly. The Hilo Beauty is easily propagated so that you can share this hard-to-find beauty with friends or family.
