Deep green and burgundy shades cover the leaf of the Imperial Red Philodendron is a stunning plant which is an excellent choice for an indoor plant. The leaves are more elliptical and broad and grow at a modest pace laterally. A great air purifier is not so great for pets as it is toxic.
As a tropical plant, it thrives in humidity and warm temperatures. Plant it in well-draining soil and a pot with a drainage hole and saucer to catch excess water.
